How Marine Legal Admin Got Accepted Into Special Operations Community (MARSOC) ????????

Description

24,987 views Oct 3, 2022 U.S. Marines

This week’s Urban Valor episode features Marine veteran Kyle Hiner. On his 22nd birthday, Kyle was in a vehicle that crashed into a tree and sent him through the windshield. That incident made him realize he needed to make changes in his life. He enlisted into the Marine Corps shortly after on an open contract hoping to land an amphibious assault job. During Bootcamp, Kyle learned he was going to be a Legal Admin. He accepted it with pride and was happy to be a Marine. Kyle then found himself embedded into the special operations community and displayed the utmost respect for the MARSOC Marines which he learned many incredible lessons from being part of one of the Marine Corps' most elite units. Kyle gives a classy and humble interview that really showcases his pride, intelligence, and self-awareness both when he went into the Marines to this date. We really appreciate Kyle sharing his Urban Valor story, and we look forward to your feedback! ✅ If you enjoyed the episode, please click "LIKE" below so we know! ✅ If you have a question or want to support Kyle, Comment below! ✅ If you NEVER want to miss an episode of Urban Valor, click "Subscribe" and the "Notification Bell" that pops up- so you are ALWAYS notified! #veteran #military #urbanvalor #marines #marine #foxnews #cnn

Having a good admin person makes life much easier when you don't have to worry about your pay leave etc.

Badass, in my day I was 0121, I Lat move and got to 3/5, got re-booted until we got back from Afghan ????. Small Corps because I was basically stationed at San Mateo for my POG years and grunt years, I was able to stay in contact with my old buddies so I had that connect. My buddies that were snipers said my name and got hooked up. That was the best feeling.

You can tell how humble he is, and I'm so glad you were able to pull a lot of GREAT info and stories from Kyle who has so much to be proud of, but you can tell he doesn't share often! I'm glad you highlighted that at the beginning! Great interview and such a well-educated, respectful guy! Great interview!

Kyle’s attitude is infectious. It’s great that he knew that he didn’t want to break down doors. He’d make a great RN or some other job in the hospital setting. I’m sure he would’ve inspired many Marines if he decided to stay and be a Drill Instructor. However, it’s crucial to our wellbeing to know when to call it quits and move on. Glad he found a way to stay connected to the Marines during “retirement”.
